We are a boutique, single-origin coffee roaster located in historic Dorset, Vermont. We are honored to bring some of the best coffees in the world into your home.

As Vermonters and former farmers, we believe in the importance of Farm-to-Table, and knowing where our food comes from. This is why Tall Cat Coffee Roasters is committed to sourcing Farm-to-Cup coffees. We choose fair-trade, ethically, and environmentally sourced beans whenever possible because we want to support small farmers and the communities in which they work across the globe. We believe that a great cup of coffee should make the world a better place.
